This is a scientific project run by IFR QUASAV of the University of Angers spread out over 3 years from January 2009 whose aim is the design of new automated measure possibilities for the phenotyping of specialised plants. To do this, the project brings together plant science teams and science, information technology and communication (STIC) teams working closely together.
Plant science teams: IFR QUASAV (4 UMRs) et GEVES-SNES in Angers, INRA in Nantes.
STIC partners : University of Angers (Laboratories LISA, POMA), ESAIP, University of Maine (Laboratory LPEC), ESEO.
The project received the support of the competitiveness cluster Végépolys and is financed by Angers Loire Métropole, the Conseil Général de Maine et Loire and the Region Pays de la Loire.
The esaip group is involved in developing and setting up storage and interrogation tools for the data collected.
